Little Adventurers Nursery Photographs

Photographing children has got to be one of my favourite jobs, with their spontaneity allowing for unexpected moments. Recently I had the pleasure of doing photography with a brand new family run nursery in Upminster, called Little Adventurers Nursery.

Every room was so beautifully set out, with a great outside play area. The challenge was photographing the children enjoying the new nursery, to be honest this was made easy as they loved it!

Engaging children in activities makes for the best photos and in this case shows off the lovely new nursery environment.

Here is a small selection of photos that I did for a brilliant product called Fill 'n' Squeeze. It was a hot day, we had seven little models and the challenge was to show the pouches in use, I love a challenge! However the shoot went really well, the kids loved the Fill 'n' Squeeze pouches and it was a pleasure working with the designer Rifat. Guide Dog Puppies

Guide Dog Puppies

There are sometimes in my job when I get to photograph something really lovely. This happened when I was asked to go to the National Breeding Centre for Guide Dogs UK. The brief was to capture these five month old puppies showing their cute playful ways, I love my job!

After putting on the appropriate over clothes, I tried very hard to remain focused whilst being climbed on and licked! In the end I just could not help myself and had to have a cuddle.

Having photographed guide dogs with their owners it is always clear how strong the bond is between them and what a positive impact the guide dogs have on their owners lives. When I was doing the photography, it hit me how these tiny puppies would hopefully go onto doing an extremely special job.

Sponsoring a guide dog puppy is a wonderful thing to do and you can find out more by going to the Guide Dogs website: www.guidedogs.org.uk

I have just gone and sponsored a Guide Dog Puppy!
